Meso is a training scheduling app that connects to your Google Calendar to plan workouts around your existing commitments. This policy explains what data we collect and how it's used.

02 / Information We Collect

Account information. Your name and email, provided via Google OAuth sign-in.

Calendar data. Read access to see your existing events for scheduling purposes, and write access to create, update, and delete workout events Meso schedules on your behalf.

Training preferences. Your split, days per week, session length, training hours, and excluded days.

Subscription and billing information. Processed and stored by Stripe. Meso does not store your payment card details directly.

Usage data. Which sessions you mark Done or Missed, and your training history.

03 / How We Use Your Information

To read your calendar and identify available time slots for training.

To write, update, and reschedule calendar events on your behalf, including when calendar conflicts arise.

To calculate your training history, streaks, and weekly summaries.

To manage your subscription and billing through Stripe.

To send you calendar reminders and, if enabled, push notifications about your schedule.

04 / Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with the service providers necessary to operate Meso: Google (calendar access, via your own Google account permissions), Stripe (payment processing), and Supabase (our database provider, which stores your account and training data securely).

05 / Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

06 / Your Choices

You can revoke Meso's calendar access at any time through your Google Account permissions.

You can cancel your subscription at any time through the in-app subscription management portal.

You can request a copy of your data or full account deletion by contacting us.

07 / Security

We use industry-standard practices to protect your data, including encrypted connections and secure third-party infrastructure (Google, Stripe, Supabase).

08 / Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice.
