01 / Overview

These terms govern your use of Meso, a calendar-aware training scheduling application. By creating an account, you agree to these terms.

02 / The Service

Meso reads your connected Google Calendar to identify available time for training, schedules workout sessions accordingly, and adjusts your schedule when calendar conflicts arise.

Meso provides scheduling and training-organization tools; it is not a certified personal trainer or medical provider, and workout content provided is for general informational purposes only, not individualized coaching.

03 / Subscription and Billing

Meso is offered on a subscription basis with a free trial period as described at signup. After the trial, your payment method will be charged automatically on a recurring basis unless canceled.

You can cancel at any time through the subscription management portal in the app; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Pricing and any promotional discounts are as displayed at the time of signup.

04 / Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under it. You must provide accurate information and keep your training preferences up to date for Meso to function correctly.

05 / Calendar Access

By connecting your Google Calendar, you authorize Meso to read your calendar for scheduling purposes and to create, modify, and delete events related to your training schedule. You may revoke this access at any time through your Google Account settings, which will disable core Meso functionality.

06 / Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to disrupt its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

07 / Disclaimers

Meso is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that scheduling suggestions will always be optimal or error-free. Always use your own judgment regarding your physical training and consult a medical professional before beginning any new exercise program.

08 / Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Meso and its creators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

09 / Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using Meso and cancel your subscription at any time.

10 / Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Meso after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
